What is Jungl VPN?

Jungl VPN is a service provided to keep your Internet browsing safe and your information confidential. Jungl VPN will also give you access to Facebook and Twitter, etc.

I own two computers, do I need two accounts?

If you have two computers you can connect both to the VPN for the price of one account.

Can I suspend my account when I don't need a VPN?

Yes, if you are on a monthly subscription you can suspend your VPN account and re-activate it when you need it. No setup needed simply let us know and we'll re-activate your account.

What VPN technology do you use?

We use Openvpn, an SSL VPN technology which provides much better protection than PPTP VPNs. Openvpn also works in most hotels and countries that block PPTP VPNs.

Is your VPN family friendly?

Yes! We use OpenDNS to protect your family from sites that want to steal your information (phishing) and from pornography.

What is your privacy policy?

We won't share your information with anyone.

Is your service reliable?

Anyone who promises 100% reliability is probably not being honest. We have designed our systems to be as reliable as possible but also think it is important to be transparent about how our systems perform. Therefore we utilize an independent third party called Pingdom to monitor our system uptime : Jungl VPN reliability

Can I use the VPN to send spam or do other naughty stuff?

Use of our VPN is governed by rules; 1) Don't use our service for illegal activities like sending spam, hacking, or illegally downloading copyrighted material. If you break these rules we will be forced to terminate your connection.

Why am I being redirected to jungl.chargify.com when I sign up?

We use Chargify for our billing system. This allows us to focus on building our business and customer service instead of the hassle of building a billing system.
